 2. Must be 18 or older to participate and/or win.

 3. Individuals may win only once every 30-days. Only one winner per household.

 4. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other prizes or cash.

 5. Spoon River Media, LLC, the parent company of 94.1 BYS/Q 98.1 FM reserves the right to       limit the number of times an individual may enter a contest or drawing.

 6. Violations of any of these rules or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception or                 cheating shall be grounds for 94.1 BYS/Q 98.1 FM to disqualify that individual from                   participating in all current and future contests at the discretion of the station, as well as             forfeiture of any prize won by fraudulent means.
