LaHood To Lead Airport Chief Search

(Chicago, IL) -- The "Chicago Sun Times" is reporting that Mayor Emanuel has selected former U.S. Transportation Secretary and Illinois Congressman Ray LaHood of Peoria to lead a panel that will look for a new Chicago aviation chief. The person heading that city post is responsible for running O'Hare and Midway airports. Current aviation commissioner Rosemarie Andolino told the mayor that she's leaving the position this summer to work in the private sector.
