Emerald Ash Borer Knocks On Fulton County's Door
(Undated) -- The Emerald Ash Borer is spreading into central Illinois and is knocking on the door of Fulton County. The beetle has been found in both Peoria and Tazewell Counties say Illinois Department of Agriculture spokesperson Jeff Squibb. Those are counties not currently in the quarantine zone, which he says is of significant concern. He urges those with Ash Trees to watch for signs of Emerald Ash Borer infestation. 49 counties are already included in the quarantine.
