Psoriasis Is Linked To High Blood Pressure
(Undated) -- A new study shows a link between psoriasis and high blood pressure. Dermatologist Doctor Melissa Piliang says she sees that in her own practice. Researchers at the University of Pennsylvania found that people with moderate to severe psoriasis were at greater risk for high blood pressure. The study was in agreement with previous research that showed a connection between psoriasis and a high risk of a heart attack or stroke.
