Students Can Send Holiday Cards To Soldiers

(Springfield, IL) -- Students across Illinois can send a bit of holiday cheer to the men and women who are serving overseas. Governor Quinn launched his annual Illinois Heroes Holiday Card Drive yesterday. He says it's just one small way of showing appreciation for the sacrifices soldiers make to defend freedom.
