GED Testing Numbers Drop In 2014

(Springfield, IL) -- The amount of people in Illinois signing up to take the GED exam is down 75-percent this year. The test underwent a makeover at the start of 2014. The price increase from 50-dollars to 120-dollars could be scaring people away. The test also switched from paper to a computer version that now covers some of the new common core standards taught in schools.
