Experts Calm Fears Of Getting Old
(Undated) -- A recent survey finds that 87-percent of Americans have at least one fear when they think about getting old. Pfizer Chief Medical Officer Dr. Freda Lewis-Hall says most of us can relate to these fears. Baby boomers are turning 65 at the rate of ten-thousand a day and that's going to continue for the next 15-years. Lewis-Hall says these numbers just highlight the importance of making sure people know the best ways to age in healthy and happy fashion. Those include, she says eating right, getting regular checkups and maintaining an active social life.
